Q- I can't install the application, I have tried several times, but it will not install.
A- Google TV users are encountering intermittent Internal Market errors. If this happens to you, try rebooting your device and attempt to install again. Email support@arrowtechusa.com if you have persistent problems.
Q- I sometimes get a message saying the playlist contains video that can not be played, what is this?
A- The gtv video player will try to assemble playlists when it launches and this message is saying it put a video into the playlist that can't be played on your Google TV. You can ignore this message, we are working to suppress it but are limited by the controls offered.
Q- Videos sometimes skip, what should I do?
A- The player may experience intermittent buffer failure on some devices. Try restarting the app or your device to fix this for now.
Q- Exiting the video player takes several seconds or returns me to another video, what should I do?
A Some users may experience intermittent problems returning to the Aquarium menu. Clicking back multiple times may return you to the menu. Or try clicking the 'Home' button on your keyboard, and return to the application through the 'Applications' menu.
About Video Quality & Duration:
* Live action (released 1/28) was shot in 1080p @ 24mbps with a Sony HD camcorder using Sony's highest quality settings. Videos were then transcoded to MP4 at a standard data rate of 5mbps, which is roughly equivalent to 720p HD video.
* Standard video format for streaming in Aquarium is mp4 @ 5mbps. This creates an HD viewing experience, but it is not full 1080p HD by default.
International Users:
* You should expect the same performance with streaming video from Aquarium as you get with the YouTube player on Google TV. Email support@arrowtechusa.com if you have any problems.
Trouble Downloading?
* Google TV users across the board have reported several issues with downloading applications for their Google TV. If you have difficulty downloading or keep getting your purchase canceled by Google, try rebooting your device. This has worked for other users.
